Purpose
A luxury developer's site needs to read as premium from the first frame, with a fast, obvious path to the one thing a buyer actually wants: the residences themselves.
Design decisions
- Led the homepage with a real exterior photo of a completed residence instead of a rendering — finish quality and craftsmanship read immediately, no imagination required.
- Kept the header to three destinations and one primary action (View residences), rather than competing navigation.
